Weather Story Blocks
I designed these small blocks to encourage weather related learning & play. Like story stones, children can use these weather blocks to learn about different types of weather. They are also the perfect addition to the woodland animal sets (available in my etsy store).
Each piece is hand cut from pine. I use non-toxic paint to ‘stain’ the wood, so the natural wood grain shows through. Each piece is finished with a hand-applied coating of food grade mineral oil. I have provided a customized, cloth bag for easy storage. Because of the nature of using natural wood, each piece will take the stain differently. Slight variations to the photos are to be expected.
Pieces range in size from 1.5″-3.5″ – perfect for little hands.
